These terms apply to orders in the web shop on rivieramaisonflooring.com. Floors are bought from a dealer; the dealer’s own terms apply to those.

Rivièra Maison Flooring is a brand of Holland Top Floor, the worldwide distributor of Rivièra Maison Flooring.

2. When these terms apply
These terms apply to every offer in the web shop and to every agreement that follows from it. You can find them before you order through the link in the checkout, and you can save or print them. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence always takes precedence.
3. Offer and prices
- Each product shows a description, its contents and its price. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind us.
- All prices are in euros and include VAT.
- You see the shipping costs in the cart and in the checkout, before you pay. Within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany shipping is free from € 25 in products; below that you pay € 4.95.
- A bundle discount or discount code is shown in the summary before you pay.
4. Your order
The agreement is concluded as soon as you complete your order and the payment has succeeded. You then receive a confirmation by email with an overview of your order. If anything is wrong, please let us know as soon as possible.
5. Payment
You pay in advance, through Mollie. The payment methods available are shown in the checkout. We do not receive any bank or card details through Mollie; only whether the payment succeeded.
6. Delivery
- We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, to the address you give with your order.
- Delivery takes up to two working days. If that is not possible for once, we will let you know. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you may cancel the order free of charge and get your money back within 14 days.
- The risk of damage or loss passes to you when you receive the parcel.
7. Cooling-off period: 14 days
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day after you (or someone you designate, other than the carrier) receive the product. If you order several products that are delivered separately, the day you receive the last product counts.
How to withdraw:
- Let us know within the cooling-off period that you withdraw: send an email to info@rivieramaisonflooring.com, or use the model form at the bottom of this page. You don’t have to; a plain email is enough.
- Send the product back within 14 days after that. We will send you the return address.
- You pay the cost of sending it back.
Your refund: within 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing, we refund the full amount, including the standard shipping costs you paid. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product, or until you show that you have sent it back. We refund using the same payment method.
During the cooling-off period you handle the product with care. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. If a bottle has been opened or used, we may charge for the resulting loss in value.
8. Warranty and complaints
Our products meet what you may expect based on their description. You also always have your statutory rights if a product is not in order.
If you have a complaint, email info@rivieramaisonflooring.com within a reasonable time after discovering the defect, with a description and, if possible, a photo. We confirm your complaint within 5 working days and reply in substance within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may take the dispute to the competent court.
9. Personal data
What we do with your data is described in our privacy policy.
10. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to every order. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection the mandatory rules of that country give you.
