Unfortunately, not all PVC flooring is safe. Producing a safe PVC floor, i.e. from new (virgin) PVC and a manufacturing process free of harmful substances and an end product free of heavy metals, Phthalates and Formaldehyde is simply more expensive. This is not to say that all "more expensive" brands are good, so check if they meet the proper requirements and labels.

Our floors are produced in cooperation with the leading manufacturer in high-quality PVC flooring. They are more wear-resistant because they have a double ceramic coating, easy to maintain and suitable for very intensive daily use. That means: years of worry-free living pleasure.

The so-called dryback, or "stick-on" version is the best system and the most stable. This floor is then 2.5 mm thick and is glued to a pre-levelled floor. PVC floors with a click system are actually alternatives if someone wants to lay it themselves or if leveling and gluing is not an option.

In principle, yes, but you are always dependent on the substrate. In most cases it is a so-called cement screed with or without underfloor heating. This needs to be leveled and then the floor can be glued to it. In older homes you may have to deal with a wooden subfloor, i.e. a joisting with boards with a crawl space. In this case, it is necessary to level out the floor with a special underlay from Jumpax, which is a 2-layer system. Please note, Jumpax must always be laid in conjunction with a moisture barrier.

Yes, a dryback pvc floor (glued to level) is actually the best floor in terms of efficiency and palpable comfort when combined with underfloor heating.

Basically, yes. You just need to keep the floor clean and you have a special cleaner for that. The top wear layer is very strong but slightly susceptible to scratches. With a good doormat you keep dirt and sand out as much as possible and that is then the best advice for a beautiful floor for many years to come.

A part can always be removed and a new part installed if you have unexpected damage to your floor. This has to be done by the professional but the fact that it is possible is reassuring.

In older apartments, there is usually a requirement that your floor meet a reduction of 10 db (Decibel). Your Dealer has a solution for this. In most new construction apartments, so-called floating and insulated screeds are laid, giving you complete freedom to lay any floor.
